At Libzon, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products and offer exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds on physical book purchases made through our website under the following conditions:
The physical book is damaged or defective upon arrival.
You accidentally purchased the same physical book more than once.
You were charged for a physical book you did not receive.
You return a non-defective item in new condition within the allowed timeframe.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
We accept exchanges for items returned in new condition.
All return and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be in original condition (unused and undamaged).
Returns are processed by mail. A free return label is included in the package.
No return or restocking fees apply.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund or exchange:

Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
If applicable, we may request photos of the damaged item or packaging.
4. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be granted in the following case:
The book was used, damaged by the customer, or returned in non-original condition.
