Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 23:00 (11:00 PM) GMT+01:00 (Mitteleuropäische Normalzeit – Berlin) will begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed one business day later.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

2. Shipping Time & Costs

After your order is processed, delivery typically takes:

• Germany: 2 to 4 business days

• United States: 5 to 8 business days

Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders within Germany and the United States — no minimum purchase required.

Please note:

• Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and during peak periods (such as holidays or promotional sales).

• We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours after dispatch.
